The company recognizes that safety is an integral part of production efficiency. The company intends to maintain a safety program consistent with the practices of the construction and rigging industry and the regulations which govern our work. All employees, contracted services personnel, and vendors are expected to work safely and to be proactive in the protection of themselves and others. The commitment to this program by all levels of the organization must be firm, aggressive, and communicated to all employee's. Management recognizes that accidents and injuries are best eliminated by eliminating the causes. Management is committed to the dedication of adequate time and resources to the continuous improvement in preventing and improving the environment that promotes employee safety. Management is also committed to providing the necessary training to meet the needs of the safety program.  All supervisory personnel understand and accept accountability for preventing injuries and occupational illnesses to the people they supervise. The supervisors are responsible for developing a positive attitude towards safety in themselves and those they supervise. The Safety Department will provide support to company personnel and subcontractors in the implementation of this policy.  Employees and other personnel in their work areas and on our projects are accountable to know and follow safety policies and procedures. All equipment will be designed, maintained and operated in a manner to assure compliance with the safety requirements of our industry.
