Managers are responsible to the Project Execute for the overall
construction project,and for the achievement of Cooper Crane
& Rigging Inc goals in the areas of cost, schedule and
quality. The PM works with the Superintendent,Project Engineer
and others to successfully insure the satisfaction and agreed-upon
expectations of the client and contractors and functions as
a Business Manager.

Skills
|
|
Work
in conjunction with project Estimator on all pre-con services.
Attend and participate in design, budget and scheduling meetings
with the Owner and/or Architect. Insure that the Owner recieves
your leadership and technical abilties and advice. Monitor
and control pre-con costs,monitor project schedule and insure
adherence to milestone
|
|
